Our founders — a machine-learning researcher and a seasoned enterprise architect — had spent years watching promising AI initiatives stall inside large corporations, not because the technology was lacking but because the gap between laboratory innovation and real-world deployment was too wide.

Dr Rhiannon Caerwyn and Marcus Elliot launch Ai Value Plus from a shared office in Great Herzog with a vision to make enterprise-grade AI software accessible to mid-market businesses. The first three clients are onboarded within six months, all in the financial services sector.
We ship our first end-to-end predictive analytics platform, helping a national retailer reduce stock-out events by 28 per cent. The project wins a regional innovation award and attracts attention from several industry publications.
The team grows to twelve full-time engineers and data scientists. We launch our natural language processing practice, delivering sentiment analysis and document intelligence solutions to healthcare and legal clients.
